Recovery Coaching
Beating addiction on your own is incredibly hard, especially when newly sober and transitioning out of a treatment program. I understand from personal experience how messy things can get with family, work, and legal issues. Getting your life back on track often feels like one step forward, two steps back..
This is where New Legacy Recovery comes in. Meeting one-on-one with an alcoholic and addict who lives in sustained recovery will help you learn how to achieve long-term sobriety. My process includes online recovery coaching and, for people within the 603 area code, in-person options as well. Together, we’ll develop transparent strategies for living a full life in recovery. This might mean rebuilding a family, being part of a community, rediscovering friendships, and regaining trust. If necessary, I also offer drug and alcohol monitoring through remote daily breathalyzer results to rebuild relationships with partners, children, relatives, employers, and more. This added accountability helps as you return to your routine.
One key to staying sober is finding and sticking to a new routine. I incorporate life coaching skills to help you rediscover your true passion and purpose – and how to put them into action. We’ll work together to transform negative thinking into solution-based approaches to address problems or challenges encountered along the way. These meetings will be scheduled weekly on Zoom or, if convenient, in person.
Building confidence in yourself and others doesn’t happen by accident. It requires consistent action and accountability to meet goals, regain credibility, and pursue greatness in your life. This is how lasting change and the magic happens in sober living in USA.
We’ll create a solid relapse prevention plan, one that’s thoughtfully discussed and put into action, not just tossed in a notebook. Since the thoughts of using will always linger, a strong plan is an important part of every recovery journey.
As a recovery coach, my role is to facilitate positive change and break free from negative mindsets – the “stinking thinking”. If you’re committed to living in recovery, we’ll create momentum through goal setting (long-term, short-term, even daily) and 24-hour support. These efforts help build a foundation for success in sober living in USA.

Recovery is NOT One-Size-Fits-All
My personal recovery is rooted in the 12-step method, which I found successful after trying multiple approaches in treatment. Each person is unique, and multiple pathways exist. Our program doesn’t push any single methodology. During your free consultation, we’ll discuss your recovery needs and vision for the next 6-12 months. It’s important that your path aligns with your goals, and we’ll create your program with honesty, trust, and transparency.
